Enable Camera

In a scenario that you are logged out from the system and have to sign in again, the webcam might need to be re-activated. In order to do this, click “QR Code Check-in” and select “Allow” in the pop up when asked to “use your camera”.

If the camera does not work and this pop up does not show, log out from the visitor management system and login again. Then select “QR Code Check-in” and the window to allow the camera should pop up. If not, contact the system administrator.
