Visitor Log

A fundamental aspect an effective visitor management system is its capability to capture visitors' information along with the visit details. The visitor's details includes, such as sign-in and out times, their photo, signed legal documents, and more. These entries are displayed in real-time on the dashboard as soon as the visitor completes the sign-in process. This streamlines the entire front desk experience with robust features designed to enhance your team's efficiency.

Invites

The registration feature allows you to create invites for visitors, facilitating the sending of invite emails, alerting your team about expected guests, and expediting the sign-in process—all in a single, straightforward step. To learn more about Registration, click here.

Host Notifications

Taps notifies your team members when their guests arrive, eliminating the need to spend time searching for a visitor's host. On the iPad, visitors simply select the person they are here to see. Taps then automatically notifies their host through their preferred notification method, such as email, SMS.

Document Signing

Taps simplifies the process for visitors to review and sign your legal documents, such as NDAs or waivers. You have full control to customize the document template, and visitors can digitally sign either on the iPad or before they arrive.

Badges

Taps automatically prints visitor badges, providing a quick and easy way to identify who is welcome in your office and, more importantly, who is not.

Visitor Photos

Using the iPad's front-facing camera, Taps can capture a photo of your visitors during the sign-in process. Having quick access to visitor photos can be invaluable in the event of a security incident or emergency.
