Visitor Check-In
Checking-in of visitors that pre-registered their visit.
Every visitor needs to be checked-in. There are visitors who are pre-registered (the ones with the blue icon). For such visitors, the system already saved all their details. But, they still need to check-in at the site and require a visitor badge sticker.
Ask the visitor to present their QR code, click “QR Code Check-in” and scan their QR code. Now they are checked-in.
Ask the visitor for their phone number the registered their visit. Click “Visitor Check- in” and enter the phone number. Their details pop up. Click next. Now they are checked-in.
