The first time you log in to Taps, you will land on the Dashboard. Here you get insights into all the features available as per your access rights such as:
Under the Home window in the Dashboard, you can view which Visitors are currently checked in and who is their host.
From "Visitor Check-in", under the Home window in the Dashboard, the receptionist is able to manually check-in the visitor, if they do not use the iPad kiosk for check-in for any reason.
Under the Home window in the Dashboard, the receptionist is also able to notify hosts about a delivery or a visit.
Clicking on the visitor name allows you to “check them out” individually or to print a new badge for them.
Clicking “Check out all visitors”, check’s all visitors out at the same time. Everyday at 11pm, all visitors are automatically checked out.
This section displays to you all the visitors of that day in green, when they came in and who they visited.
Visitors with a blue icon are pre-registered visitors and have not arrived yet. You can see their names, their expected time of arrival and their host name.
