Registering a Visitor

Registering a visitor (simple):

1. Click “Visitor Check-in”

1. Enter Phone number of visitor

1. Enter all details of visitor

1. Type three letters of the host name. The name automatically pops up.

1. Take a picture of visitor.

1. Check in is confirmed. You can close the pop window.

Registering a visitor – Special Cases:

1. Click this “Skip Phone” button to register a visitor without phone number

1. Click the “Advanced Settings” button and change to “off” to register visitors without all their details.

1. Click this “Skip Phone” button to register a visitor without a host

[img]

1. Click “Skip Picture” to register a visitor without a picture.
