Employee directory
To get started with your login credentials, your employee directory will need to be configured. Next, we will dive into user management such as adding or removing user(s) and assigning roles.
A Manager, Admin and Front Desk role requires a user account to Taps to manage the system, while Employee and Hosts role will not have access to Taps.
All user roles will be notified on visitor arrival via preset notification settings e.g. email, SMS or Whatsapp. The employee directory will help you to manage who can access your account and enable your team members to register or invite visitors and
